REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, and digital content, are non-refundable once the download process has begun. This is due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to “return” downloaded content.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased directly from cogitoergonope.com:

• You’re eligible for a full refund if you return the item within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Amazon and Audible Purchases

For items purchased through Amazon and or Audible, all returns and refunds must be processed through Amazon’s/Audibles return system. Please visit Amazon.com and or audible.com and access your order history to initiate a return. We cannot process returns or refunds for Amazon or audible purchases through cogitoergonope.com.

Other Third-Party Purchases

For items purchased through other book and audiobook vendors, all returns and refunds must be processed through their respective return system. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general 10web.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. I do not have access to this information.
